Frequently Asked Questions

All Sani-Products are machine washable. If sanitizing between clients, do not over

saturate surface or moisture may seep through. Allow surface to dry before reuse.

Machine wash all cotton flannel on warm on a gentle cycle with like colors.

Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low.

Flannel products are oversized to allow for some shrinkage. Please do not wash or dry on hot settings as this may cause extreme shrinkage.

 We recommend you use a professional quality water dispersible oil. Wash your sheets the same day you use them. The longer they sit the more the oil stain will set. Sunlight, Heat, and Oxygen sets oil stains. Keep your used sheets in a black plastic bag with a minimum of air in the bag. Store used sheets in a cool place until you get to clean them. Don't leave in your car trunk to bake in the sun!

To ensure that the product maintains it's high level of quality for as long as possible during use, we recommend the use of the highest quality oils and lotions available.

All returns or exchanges need to be authorized.  We have a general 30 day return policy if not satisfied. (Note: Shipping charge is not refunded). Any products used, washed, or custom made are not eligible for a return or exchange. Defective items are dealt with on an individual basis. Call us to discuss your specific issue so we can best suit your individual need. All returns subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not included. After 30 days unused product may be exchanged for a different color, or exchanged for different items if: 

• The exchange amount is equal or greater then the original dollar amount. 
• Product is unused in original condition. 
• You pay for shipping both ways.

Some sale items may only be exchanged, and are valued at the sale price for the exchange.
