Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Innerpeace Sheets - The Sheet People. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to exchange or except a return. All requests need to be authorized, but we make the process easy! Visit our return page by clicking here.

We also have the option for you to download the below form and fill it out. You can upload this form on the return page to submit your request, or alternatively, you can email your request to info@innerpeacesheets.com.

We have a general 30 day return policy if not satisfied. (note: shipping charge is not refunded). Any products used, washed, or custom made are not eligible for a return or exchange. Defective items are dealt with on an individual basis.

After 30 days unused product may be exchanged for a different color, or exchanged for different items if: 

• The exchange amount is equal or greater then the original dollar amount. 
• Product is unused in original condition. 
• You pay for shipping both ways.

Some sale items may only be exchanged, and are valued at the sale price for the exchange.

We will either approve or deny your request within 72 hours.
